SOC jump from 0% to 4% when charge current was applied. Jump not always reproducible. Smoothing enabled. What could be the potential causes?

Have you choose the correct chem id and do a learning cycle for your battery?

Chem ID was selected after submission to GPC tool. Learning cycle was conducted. SOC jump was not observed in most charge and discharge cases. It infrequently appeared during discharge to charge condition. When it last appeared, charge current was 313mA. Voltage change was 0.08V, and temperature change was 0.2C. SOC smoothing was enabled. Subsequent attempts unable to reproduce.

Hi,
A good way to find the reason is to upload your settings and log data and we can see what is going wrong
A gg.csv file can be exported from data memory Tab in bqstudio and the log data can be recorded from the register Tab in bqstudio.
