BQ78350: Data Flash values changed during regular operation.

Hello,

I am using the bq 78350 in a BMS.

I am experiencing data flash changes during work, the device is not sealed, but it is not connect to any interface that can change the DF.

Is there any known issue of DF values changing? in particular - the serial number changed.

This has happened very little, it is not something I can reproduce. it happens in the mid life of the battery.

    The gauge firmware should not change the Serial Number in the DF. Is that the only parameter that was changed? Do you know how the pack was being used when the change occurred> Did a DFF fault get reported?

    The manufacturing date had changed as well, but not at the same time...
    I dont know exactly when it happens, if its during charge, rest or discharge. and I dont know if a DFF fault was reported, neither do I know what a DFF Fault is :(
    I have a micro-controller that reads data from the bq on the SMBUS, but it is not writing anything during normal operation.
