BQ34Z100-G1: Chem-ID deviation above 3%

Hi,

We made a 10s 4p battery pack which inside is ICR18650-26H cells manufactured by SDI. The datasheet is attached. The Chem ID chosen by the TI's system according to the log file is 242, and the deviation is above 3%. I think this Chem ID maybe is not suitable for our battery pack. So we try the steps to calculate the Chem ID again, and the result is all the same. Please guide me to find the way to improve the accuracy of the Chem ID. Thanks!

Hi,
I have seen that there are 2 log files: log1 and log2. Could you kindly share about which log file you are using to get the chem id?

Hi,

I used two batteries to discharge and log it ,the two log files are useful .

Hi,
I have checked your log file and saw that the relax time of log1 before discharging is very short.
Please make sure to relax 2 hours before discharging the batteries.
