BQ40Z60: Max Error = 101% on Golden Image

Steps carried out:

1. Successful learning cycle (as per slua597 see below*). When the learning cycle was completed Max Error = 1%
2. Export gg.csv
3. Set Update status = 02, Cycle Count = 0 (using notepad)
4. Program default firmware to new pack
5. Update chem ID
6. Set UNSEAL keys using Advanced Comm SMB
7. Import and write all the modified gg.csv

Max Error register showing 101% and the CF flag is high - does anybody know why this is happening and how to fix? 

* learning cycle steps below:

• IT is always enabled
• REST at empty
• Charge to full
• wait until REST triggered
• Discharge at c/5 and check VOK is set
• wait until REST goes high when empty
• Check Qmax and Resistance parameters updated, and CF1,CF0 = 00
