Our design uses BQ78350-R1 with BQ76930 AFE to manage a 4P10S li-ion battery pack. The LEDs do not reflect state of charge. LEDs 1-4 are lit, and LED 5 blinks on/off approximately 2 times per second. We've tried modifying the LED related registers, but the LED status never changes. Note that other BMS functions (e.g. over/under current protections, cell balancing, etc.) work properly.
