BQ34Z100-G1: bq Studio not properly connected to IC

Dear Sir,

I made my own pcb for bz34z100-g1 ic.all connections are properly working.but i cannot continuously communicate with IC.i here with attach two photos with rounded mark for your verification.

Hi Arun,

Pls update the firmware version on the ev2300 from version 3.1c to 3.1m or 3.1r . I have attached one of the firmwares ... Hopefully this should rectify your issue.

Dear sir,
I updated the EV2300 3.1C to EV2300 3.1m.but i get the same problem.can you please help me to resolve it.

Hi Arun

Do you have an EVM? Are you able to communicate normally with the EVM?
