You will need to perform your chem id identification and then perform a learning cycle for the gauge to be accurate. Pls see our tool gpcchem for the chem id identification.

I have read SLVA725 and I have some questions.
If I perform chem id identification and upload it to TI website, I can get the chem id. But, whey can't I just choose one PbA chem ID to test my system. Can i get the image file to program flash from Ti after I upload .zip file? My problem is the bq34z100 doesn't work in my system after I program the flash.

I believe i pointed this out to you before. You are using an older fimrware on your ev2300. That is what is preventing your device from being able to update with your files. You need to update the fimrware on your ev2300 to v3.1m or 3.1r  using the attached files. To do this you need 2 ev2300. Do you have a second ev2300?

In response to using a generic lead acid chem id, i wouldn't recommend you do that. You need a chem id which gpc returned as a close match for your cells.

I don't have the second EV2300. Is there any method to update the firmware of EV2300? Does the old version affect any result?
