The SLVA725 describes how to collect data to identify the best chemistry match of a battery.

Particularly, the document suggest to use the bqStudio software utility called GPC Packager but I cannot find it in the SW, rel. 1.3.76.

To be honest, customizing the prospective it is possible to set the that utility as well as some others, but the press of the OK button won't produce any difference and such utility remains still hidden/unavailable.

What's wrong? How can I set the GPC Packager accessible?

What device is this?
If the gpc packager doesn't work, you can modify your files following the instructions in the app note. It is a straight forward process.

the device is the BQ28Z610.

To collect data, the use of the GPC command is simpler than to log all and pack them manually.

But if that command has not yet implemented for BQ28Z610, I suppose I do not have any other alternative than the manual logging.

unfortunately, None at this time. Are you still having issues modifying the files manunally and submitting to gpc?
