Customer has Error Code 1712 when Chemistry Update .
Could you tell us about this Error message mean ??
*Customer condition : Device FW 005 and bqfs file latest .

Hi Bryan,
I too am getting the error code 1712. I'm working with a 4S2P Li-Ion pack that is using the bq78350-R1 IC. Attached is a screenshot of the error. At the bottom of the screen is states "Chemistry programming Error: Qmax disqualification file format is invalid."

Hi Kevin,
Perhaps the chemistry file did not download properly. Try to update the chemistry, the current version is 616. The following example was with bqStudio 1.3.76 from the web.
