    By device do you mean IC or bench equipment? There is no particular device for that purpose, although you can purchase specialized battery cycling equipment. You can also make your own using bench-top power supplies and electronic loads, or integrated source-measurement units, and then automate them.

    iam unable to get idea , how to do c/5 discharge and c/2 charge to complete learning cycle procedure.

    Can i manually update the values of design capacity , current etc. to the bq34z100-evm using bqstudio

    There are companies which sell battery cycling equipment, or you can create your own automation by writing software to control your bench equipment.
