BQ40Z50-R2: Safety Status CUV caused XCHG flag on and non-recoverable pack

Safety Status of CUV supposed only disable DSG causing XDSG to be ON. But in this case, the XCHG is also ON. Plug in DC input would not charge the pack. Tried different commands in bqStudio, could not revive the pack. Any clue what could be wrong ?

Hi Tim,
Can you please share a brief bqStudio log file from this pack?
We can check if there is any other protection or failure that is disabling the CHG fet, for example, SUV which can prevent charging when cell voltage is too low and it is not safe to charge.

I don't have bqStudio log file. The pack failed with Safety Status CUV flag ON, and both XCHG and XDSG disabled. SUV flag was not set. Tried different commands and found no way to revive it or charge it. However, when we cut the pack open and charged it directly to the cell stack without going through CFET, was able to revive it. Any clue what could be wrong?

Is it possible to upload the srec from this pack?
We can look at the lifetime and black box data to see what happened.
