Hi All ,

My customer has produced this device over 1Mu.  

We has a rejects for bq27411-G1 by end customer  .   We are try to link the device by EV2300 tool , but don't unseal .    So, Can you tell me what the problem ?

    Tino,
    The device is in the sealed state. You need to input your unseal commands to unseal. Just click the unseal command in the command window to unseal if you didn't change the default password otherwise put in your unseal command .
