BQ27542-G1: Qualcomm chip msm8953‘s gpio sends Break and Break Recovery, then BQ27542 is not responding and can't communicate

Hi team,

According to the Timing Requirements of BQ27542 datasheet: HDQ Communication diagram (a) , I pulled the HDQ down by 500us, then pulled it up and delayed it by 60us. From the waveform diagram captured by the oscilloscope, I found that this IC is not responding, as shown in waveform (b).

The code I tested here is as shown below:

Could you please help analyse the reason?

What are you trying to achieve? If you are trying to establish communication with the gauge in hdq, i would recommend you review the following app notes.

Hi Onyx,

This is a customer's question.
He uses Qualcomm chip msm8953, when msm8953's pin-gpio sends Break and Break Recovery to BQ27542, BQ27542 is not responding.
Could you please help analyze the possible reason?
