EV2300: Not Recognized/Showing up on BQStudio

Part Number: EV2300

I'm running BQStudio 1.3.54.1 on a Windows 7 64-bit computer. I've installed drivers from this thread to allow the EV2300 to work on such a computer, but it still does not show up on BQStudio. The EV2300 shows up as a "TI TUSB3210/2136 Application Firmware Loader" in my device manager, under the "USB Controllers" category. Please help me get my computer/BQStudio to recognize the EV2300 so that I can work with the bq34z100g1 fuel gauge.

I saw that updating the EV2300 requires 2 of them. Is it possible to update the EV2300 with a EV2400 instead?

Hi Kevin,

Unfortunately not. The 3.1c firmware update requires 2 EV2300 devices. Do you have access to an EV2400? The EV2300 has been NRND and EV2400 is the recommended system for new development.
