Hi, We had no problem in installing EV2300 drivers. We have applied a voltage of 16v across 4-resistors of 470 ohms. We ignoed all warnings and get to SBS screen and pressed the "refresh" button. Still, we were unable to establish the communication. At very first time, when we connected...

I've created a golden .dfi (for the bq27500-v130 device) by going all through the BqEasy process. Subsequently I've had to change a number of parameters in the dataflash, particularly relating to temperature control. The trouble is I can't find a way to incorporate these extra changes into...

I’m working with the BQ34Z100 for a E-Mobility application. Actually I have problems preparing the golden file for packs with Sony US18650V3. Update status never changes to 06. Your MathCAD tool predicts that ChemID 230 is a good match. I tried to get the golden file by charging/discharging...

  • Forum Post: bq27500 evm stopped responding to I2C

    Michelle Richmond Michelle Richmond
I think I loaded the wrong .dfi to my evm. I loaded a v1.30 dfi, but the board may have a 1.08 part installed. Now I can see that the eV2300 is sending I2C commands, but the EVM board is no longer responding. Is there anyway out of this other than by replacing the bq27500 on the evm PCB?
