BQ24075 uses a current source to drive the NTC Thermistor connected to the TS pin. The bq24075T uses a voltage source to drive the NTC Thermistor connected to the TS pin. The end result is the same however, the voltage source gives you more flexibility. The the voltage based TS (T version) allows the user to scale the thermistor to use any value 10k, 100k, 50k, where as the current version only uses the 10k NTC at 25C.
