Q: BQ24090 package by 479615
Our customer interests BQ24090. But they wants a small package. (smaller than 3x3mm.) Do you have a development plan for small package?

TI has several other battery charger ICs with packages smaller than the bq24090. The Power Management Selection Guide http://focus.ti.com/lit/sg/slvt145j/slvt145j.pdf is a good resource to see the different features of the chargers all on a single page. Based on your requirements, you may be able to use the bq24040, bq24050, or bq24060. It might not make sense to go to a smaller package size due to pin count and heat dissipation. There are no plans to make the bq24090 in a smaller package.
