Q: BQ24103A_/CE pin impedance by 1300154

Hi,

A customer is using our bq24103A for their next TV set application, but now they have some trouble with it.

They did an ESD test and found that charge is terminated due to noise on CE pin.

They've added a 1uF bypass capacitor on CE pin and the problem seems to be solved.

Anyway, their question is

How much is impedance on the /CE pin of bq24103A??

From block diagram in the datasheet, signal from CE is directly inserted to a control logic circuit, and I think it's a comparator with megaohms impedance on its input.

Could someone tell me the approximate value of /CE pin impedance in bq24103A??

I'll need to answer this ASAP so please if somebody knows the answer could you please share.

The datasheet gives  V(IH) as 1.3V-VCC with I(IH)=20uA.  So, a good estimate for the impedance minimum would be VCC(max)=16V/20uA = 800kohm.
