Q: bq24610 periodically output drop at start up by 34353

After power up bq24610  with no load. There is output drop every 550mS(see attached).

What is this ?  I think this is battery present check by bq24610.

Is this correct ? If it is. How much pull current  or inject ?  How much time of these ?

At this mode, whole system current is 15mA, why system current is increasing  ?

I agree with you that this is the battery detection function.  Please refer your customer to the bq24610 datasheet paragraph "Battery Detection".  I think it provides the explanation for the customer's question.  It shows the battery detection function flow chart.  Without a battery, you can expect to see the output voltage pulled low and then high every 500ms.  This time is Twake and is specified in the electrical characteristics table to be typically 500ms.  The battery detection function discharges the output with 8mA and then charges it with 125mA.
