Hi.

we have been used the UCD7242 and UCD7244 for the TCI6608 Device.

But when UCD7242 was assembled, one or two UCD7242 were exploded or shut down in the 8 or 5 board of 10 board.

and whe UCD7242 was manually assembled, all exchanged the UCD7242 on the board were exploded.

have the UCD7242 the matters that require attention for the manufacture or artwork job in the UCD7242 design?

attached the our schematic.

best regards

Do you still require assistance or has this issue been resolved?

If assistance is still needed,  I would suggest forwarding (attaching) the project file (.xml) for your design.

We have UCD9244+UCD7242 (2 x 9244 + 6 x 7242) project. Input voltage of UCD7242 is 12V. Two of UCD7242 were burned at moments (100% occasionally) of power-up  After burning there was short circuit at UCD7242's Vin. Electrical circuit was based on datasheet.
