What GUI platform is behind "Fusion Digital Power Designer"?

Howdy, I work with Andrew (see his recent posting).  We're impressed with the GUI in the Fusion Digital Power Designer package, and would like to know the underlying platform used to build it!  If you all wouldn't mind telling us.  For unrelated reasons we're studying GUI framework alternatives.  (I couldn't find an answer searching existing posts...  Sorry if I overlooked it.)

    It was developed with Microsoft .NET

    Thanks!  Good to know.  We're assuming this means you used MS Visual Studio above .NET.
