UCD9248 device detection

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD9248

Hi, We are working on a FPGA board which has 3 nos of UCD9248 controllers (Addr 52d, 53d, 54d) for generating several voltage rails being used on our board. We have connected the PMBus Data, CLK, Alert, Control to a header and all these signals have pull-up of 2K. I started with connecting TI USB-GPIO adapter to our board and opened TI Fusion digital designer. However, the software could not detect the devices on board. I checked, physcal connections, voltage levels, pull-ups, software drivers and all seemed to be fine. I also checked with 100K/400KHz settings, but my devices are not to be found. I checked the voltage on BPCAP pin and it showed 1.778V. UCD devices are powered by stand-alone 3.3V regulator.

In TI Fusion digital designer folder in windows, there is a sub folder called Tools, "Address Scanner tool" is one ot the tools under this folder. I initiated this software and saw that this tools is able to see all my 3 devices with correct addresses. The log is attached for reference.

Again I returned back to TI Fusion Digital Designer software and again the devices are not being detected. Could you please help me identify the issue?
