How can I get the output voltage with DSP

I built up a DC-DC buck converter with TMS320F28027.

And now, I want to get output voltage of this converter to draw a graph.

So, could anyone tell how to write the output voltage which is captured with ADC into a file in DSP,

or how to show the all output voltage versus time in DSP.

For example:

time  output voltage

1s          5.1V

2s          4.9V

3s          5.2V

4s          5.0V

5s          5.1V
