Display 28035 parameter information on computer under PMBUS using "GPIO TO USB Adapter"

Hello,

    I'm now trying to implement PMBUS  in digital power. I referred to TI example "Software Implementation of PMBus Over I2C for TMS320F2803x". The dsp TMS 320F28035 was used. 

Is there any possibility that GPIO TO USB Adapter(TI's product) can use to communicate with dsp and computer?

Our goal is to display the digital power's information on the computer.

Besides for GPIO TO USB Adapter, is there any peripheral product can  be used to attain this target?
