power consumption distribution

Hello,

My name is Matthieu  SIMON

I am an Assistant Engineer at Lab-STICC, a research Laboratory in France (Bretagne).

I bought a XILINX SPARTAN-6 FPGA SP605 card (Evaluation Kit $485, reference : XC6SLX45T  -3FFG484).

Question:

How can I measure the power supply currents and voltages (VCCINT, VCCAUX, VCC1V5, VCC2V5, VCC3V3……) ?

Which devices or Graphical User Interface allow for displaying the dynamic currents and voltages?

In the “Getting started with the Spartan-6 FPGA SP605 Evaluation kit” document, there is:

Ø  Key features

Ø  Voltage and current measurement capability of 2,5V, 1,5V and 1,2V supplies?

 How can I do?

Thank you
