Converting projects to CCS 6.1

Sometimes when converting to CCS 6.1, there may be issues with the software interrupt as well. For these, see this post: e2e.ti.com/.../431520

The document talks about setting certain files to 32 bit (ARM) mode. Only convert those files to 32 bit mode. Leave the other files in 16 bit mode. Otherwise for some programs and some devices, you will run out of flash space. The 32 bit files are the interrupt programs that need to run fast. Most of the files are initialization and background functions which don't need to run fast.
