I purchased the USB Interface Adapter EVM but I have been unable to use it because when I attempt to install the Fusion Digital Power Designer Version 2.0.50 I get an error as soon as the "Install" button is pressed. I tried to install this software on 2 different Windows 7 PCs and it fails on both.
The error that pops up is -- Failed to expand shell folder constant "userstartup"
Is this software compatible with Windows 7? Is there something that must be installed before this software?
