XLINX VC709 UCD9248 . Power Rail 3 ( 3V3) is showing OV Fault

Hi,

I am using XLINX FPGA VC709 board. Suddenly the board has stopped working. The board contains various power supply LED and all of them have stopped glowing( but 12V  LED ).  On debugging further using FUsion Power Designer Tool ,  I found that Power rail 3 ( 3V3) output is switched off . See attached picture.

Can you please suggest work-around/soluton to the problem ? The XLINX board is out of warranty and they have refused to provide any support. I am TI employee working out of TI India. You can contact me directly over the mail as well.

    Please capture SW node and Vout waveforms on scope at the moment when OV occurred, and send the waveforms to me by email. There should be zoomed-in waveforms showing 5~10 switching cycles before and after OV occurred.
