Hi Sir:
We're using UCD3138 in mass production; we found one abnormal unit that its device_id is not right like picture shown above;
when we tried to redownload firmware, error happened due to wrong device_id;
1\ why the device_id is wrong, how it happens? we have build over thousands and only found 1 abnormal unit with same firmware;
2\how to fix this issue without rework UCD3138?
