UCD3138: UCD3138 Fusion gui

Hello , we are using ucd3138 for one of our projects and monitoring the waveforms using fusion GUI. We can see the vout and vin waveforms however, for some reason, Fusion is not showing the waveform for the output current , Iout (It's only showing the red straight line which OC fault). Any idea why this is happening? I appreciate your urgent response.

Is this one of our EVMs or your own firmware?
Do you have the IOUT READ command implemented?
You have to have this command supported in the firmware and set the appropriate MASK in the firmware so GUI knows that it can ask the firmware for IOUT READ.

Thanks for your response! We are seeing this issue on our board as well as the eval board from TI. The eval board is UCD3138ACCEVM149 and we loaded LLC code on it. Vin, Vout, and frequency are showing something but Iout is not. Please see below:

Please check the capability to read Iout through the READ_OUT command in the "Configure" tab (Not "Monitor" Tab).
If you can read Iout properly, this will mean that the firmware and hardware are OK.
Please let me know, if the problem is only with GUI plotting Iout, I will report this to the designer of the GUI.

We can read the current in the configure tab but not the monitor tab.

I just wanted to add that even in the configure tab, the current is not changing by changing the load. Changing the mantissa/exponent in the pmbus_read_iout function changes the value of Iout but it stays the same even with changing the load. Any idea why this is happening ?

Hello,May I ask which firmware you load ?What's the name of the file .x0.
I active the "UCD3138A Sunflower" and load its .x0 file,but the UCD3138ALLCEVM does not work.

What do you mean by "does not work"?
Doesn't function at all, or the waveforms and dead times are not optimal as expected?

Hello,
There isn't the Vout.
I load the UCD3138A-sunflower.x0 into UCD3138ACCEVM149, then operate as the user's guide.
However,there is no Vout（12V）of the UCD3138ALLCEVM150.
I think the EVMS are good.
So,I want to know which .x0 file in the firmware I'm supposed to load.
