Hello,

I have built a DC/DC synchronous boost converter, to do this i use two mosfet and to control this one, I use a TPS28225 driver.

But the system don't work, the low side mosfet switch well but the high side don't work, we haven't signal on UGATE port.
I don't understand the problem, if you have a solution for me i will be happy.

thank you in advance

I think that both Q3 and D7 are inverted. Look carefully at the circuit application on the datasheet, one-phase POL regulator.

I don't understand what do you mean ?

This is a syncronous boost topology and I use a mosfet transistor N channel thus I think the power components are in a good place.

I have replace the mosfet by a diode and mosfet to improve the efficiency.
