I have attached the schematic for the Power over Ethernet part of our design, which uses the LM5072-80. Please treat this information as confidential, according to the terms of our NDA.
We recently built 10 systems using this part. Two of the parts failed during initial board test; two additional parts failed in systems – they worked for a while then failed during power cycling. Any help that TI/National can provide in reviewing our design would be greatly appreciated – we are in preproduction now and need to resolve the issue immediately.
