TVS Diode

Hello.

I am a new to TVS diode i want to understand when the high voltage spike arrives the tvs diode is clamping the spike to "ground" what dose it mean were all the energy goes?

Dose  it goes to the neutral line back to power supplier  is there any special requirement to power supply?

Iliya,

TI doesn't make TVS diodes. Any good power text book or web search will describe the operation of a TVS diode. Alternatively contact your TVS diode vendor for help.
