Strange behaviour of SM72442 MPPT controller!

Hi,

We are building a MPPT controller using SM72442 and experiencing a strange behaviour.

Even when PM signal to the controller is high (4.97V) SM72442 controller continues to stay if panel mode forever.

Voltage level at various ADC pins are A0 = 3.04V, A2 = 0.93V, A4 = 4.07V, A6 = 1.52V

While output voltage divider is set for generating Vout of 43 V, input voltage is 24V.

For any variation in resistive load (tested from 400 mA to 2.14A) we are not finding any change in output voltage levels

We have tried fiddling with the configuration settings but no luck. 

Any suggestion on where to/what to look for are welcome.
