I am seeing the below message, while trying to identify the TPS40422 device on my customers board.

Any idea why this is causing the issue?

    What Fusion GUI version you are using? Do you launch Fusion GUI in online (with a live device) or offline mode? What is the device ID & revision (using MFR_44 command [code = 0xFC] to read the device ID & revision)? If you use the low level debugging GUI, can you read the device's VOUT_MODE & ON_OFF_CONFIG paramenters?
