FDB035N10A with 8301?

Hello,

From my understanding the only characteristic which determines compatibility between the 8301 driver and compatible MOSFETs is the Vgs rated voltage. With the FDB035N10A it has a Vgs of -20 to 20 while all of the ratings are at 10V. The 8301 supplies 10V so would these MOSFETs be able to be fully "turned on" by the 8301 driver?

On a side note I noticed that Rds on is specified at 3.5mohm at 10V and 75A, does this mean that a higher voltage would be needed for more current or is this just a specified value as determined by the load and other circuit characteristics. I would love to use the 8301 in an existing project but  these (FDB035N10A) MOSFETs are what I have to work with and I want to ensure compatibility. Thank you so much for your time.
