TLV431 Part Markings

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV431

Customer has a TLV431 part with the part marking "YAIL". Can you tell me if the part markings is for TI voltage ref part TLV431CDBVR or TLV431AIDBVR? Both of these two parts are listed on the AVL so the customer doesn't know which one they have.

    Tom,

    YAII is TLV431AIDBV
    Y3C_ is TLV431CDBV  (_ is one of three chars; 5, 6, I)

    There are no devices with YAIL as a marking.

    enter the part numbers, you'll get this information:

     YAIL is not listed, so perhaps the last charcater is not read correctly, could it be an "I"?   In fact, if you enter YAIL, no device is returned; YAII shows the TLV431 device.
