using the SM72442 for driving a brushless motor from PV array?

Hi,


We have designed a DC brushless water pump that will be driven by a PV array directly, without any batteries. Would you expect that the SM72442 would be suitable to design an MPPT module that will drive such a motor? I assume that the SM72442 was designed with a battery charger or an inverter in mind as a load, and a motor behaves significantly differently in terms of its IV curves and its dynamic response. I wonder if that would interfere with the MPPT algorithm or with any other aspect of the SM72442 operation?
