Need 5V reference output at high temp.

Hi,

I need 2.5V and 5V reference in our project. If possible we would also like to power a low-power device (3mA) out of 5V.

 

Right now we use REF5025-HT to get 2.5V reference but there is no high temp voltage referances with 5V output.

 

Can you suggest us a solution of f.e connecting two 2.5V referance together and their peripherals capacitors in best possible manner?

Or do you have any other solutions to get a constant, reliabe, low power 5V referance out of 2.5V (multiplying by op-amp etc).
