I am looking for the Terminal finish information for the below mentioned part number’s.
1) LM185H-2.5
2) LM185H-2.5/NOPB
We are unable to find the same in TI website/Datasheet. Tried to get the info from TI Customer support as well, but it was redirected to get the info thru http://e2e.ti.com/ (Ref: Service Request number SR#1-1930726877)
As per TI support team:
Current lead/Ball finish of LM185H-2.5 & LM185H-2.5/NOPB are all POST-PLATE.
Query:
1. Terminal finish information and please be more specific on POST-PLATE and provide us the supporting documents related to this finish?
