I didn't find in the datasheet the ageing drift of the reference input voltage of the TL1431.

Do you have this data ?

Hello Nicolas,

I don't believe we have any data on this.
For the life of the part, we guarantee the specs in the datasheet for 3 years, which is based on our Standard Terms and Conditions: www.ti.com/.../stdterms.htm

Nicolas,

After looking further. We tested the device under temperature cycling, high temperature operating life, and unbiased highly accelerated stress test, and many units all passed these stress tests and stayed within specification.
Unfortunately, we do not have data on exactly how the reference drifted after this testing.

Hello Michael,

I come back to you because I am going to use the TL1431 (QML-V qualified version) in a design for a space application. However, to justify my design I have to make a Worst Case Analysis which take into account the ageing drift of the component at the end of the mission (8 years).

I understand that you have not any data on the test you have done before, but maybe you can give me data like the variation law of the component for the ageing drift (for example, linear, square, cubic...) ?
