I need help to find a easy solution to measure the insulation an a live power line with 400 VAC. my problems are two.
I never constructed my own before and it need to be as small as possible.
Requirements are to measure insulation to earth over a 200 to 500 VAC line. It will be read remotely so I wish to send the result in to a µ processor.
