Looking for an appropriate switch

Hi,

I am looking for a switch which can pass frequency higher than 100 kHz and can endure 150 Vpp and 1 A power. It should be driveable with TTL signals. Thanks!

I apologize for the multiple redirects.

The signal switches we have in this forum only go up to 0.5 A. I will move this thread to the load switch team which has switches can cover 1A currents.

Looks like you ended up back at the load switch forum. As I mentioned before, we do not have any devices which are suitable here since we do not support voltages that high. I will redirect you to the etc/ forum and see if anyone has the appropriate device.
