Hi, I am working on a thermal simulation, and I need the thermal resistance from junction to case (theta-jc) for UCC2897PW(2897)、INA326EA、OPA734AIDBV、OPA2335AIDGK、ADS807E、SN65LBC180A、REF3112AIDBZT(R31A). The datasheet provide only junction to ambient. Thank you！

    For the UCC2897PW, this device is Not Recommended for New Designs. It would be better to use UCC2897APW instead. If you check the datasheet for the A version, there is a full table of thermal impedances, including junction-case & junction-board.

    For the other devices, I cannot help since they belong to different product lines.
