Part Number: TL432A
Hello,
Can we use this Volt.Ref. in wave(Flow) soldering during our production soldering process?
I can see only Reflow recommendation in TI website.
We using SOT-23-3 Case.
Thanks,

Hi Rabia,
Our voltage references are not characterized for wave soldering. However, here are some application notes on wave soldering SMD devices that suggest that the SOT-23 package can handle it:

We have also conducted an internal study in accordance with the published JESD22-A111A standardized test that showed that the TL432 was viable for wave solder.
It is however important to keep in mind that the stress caused by soldering can shift our references, so we cannot guarantee accuracy since this use case has not been characterized.
