TL4051A: Adjusting the reference voltage to its mimum shunt value.

Part Number: TL4051A

I have seen this question posted before, almost 4 years ago, but there was no answer posted.  Still, TI sent me to this site anyway when I tried to get an answer directly from them.

Has anyone used the TL4051 adjustable part as a 1.2V reference?  It appears from Figure 2 in the datasheet that the Anode can simply be connected directly to the feedback then the part will act as a 1.2V Zener, i.e. the source V from Figure 2 would then be zero Volts.

Has anyone actually done this?
