REF5020: REF 5020 long-term stability problem

Hi, all,

In the spec of this part, the long-term stability, says, 0~1000hour, 100ppm for SOIC, and 50ppm for 1000~2000hour. My question is how it is after 2000 hours?

The long term stability improves over time, and can be approximated by a square root function. Below is an equation you can use for reference:

Long-Term Drift = (100ppm+50ppm)*sqrt(time in hours/2000)
