We have a lot of devices which were stored in the warehouse for 6 years. such as TL1431MDREP, TPS3803-01QDCKREP, TLV2252AQDREP, LM239AMPWREP etc. The warehouse has no particle control, temp 17C-40C, Humidity 30-70 %RH. The parts are stored in the original package, never opened.
Could we still use these devices for our production? Our system requires high reliability with 25 years life time.
