REF5025: PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

Part Number: REF5025
I have some question about REF5025 parts number.
How can i know ref5025 PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM ?
I cannot find the information in ref5025 datasheet.
If there is information in the data sheet, can you tell me the page?
What is the difference between REF5025AID, REF5025AIDG4, REF5025ID, REF5025IDG4?

Kind regards,

Taka
  • Hi Taka,

The easiest way to see the differences is in the order now page or the packaging information on the datasheet.

    For example REF5025AID can be broken down into REF5025/ A (Standard-grade)/ I (industrial temp range)/ D (SOIC)

    Another example, the REF5025ID is REF5025/ *blank* (High-grade)/ I (industrial temp range)/ D (SOIC)

Sometimes there is an R or T at the end for reel or tape.

The G4 is just an old part number place holder for when TI was transitioning into lead-free finishes. Currently it doesn't change anything since all devices are lead-free. the REF5025AID is the same as the REF5025AIDG4.
