TL431: Interfacing of TL431 with Arduino

Hi,

I am working on TL431 and I want to interface it with Arduino. I have read the datasheet of TL431 and I have also read this great tutorial in which they have given detailed Introduction of TL431 but I am unabe to interface it with Arduino. So, can someone help me with its circuit and programming code. If you could provide me some Proteus Simulation then that would be really great.
